While sorting through Gerry’s belongings, a forgotten camcorder mysteriously gives Jeffrey a last chance to talk to his dearly departed husband. But is it real?

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Michael J. Saul was a pioneer in the San
Francisco art film scene of the 1980s, producing a series of experimental films
with musical collaborator Steven M. Miller (1965 – 2014) which found success in
film festivals around the world. In 2004 he directed his first feature film True Love
and his most recent feature directorial The Surface had its world premiere in
2015 at Frameline San Francisco LGBTQ Film Festival and garnered stellar
reviews.
In 2018 Michael directed his first documentary about historian Steven Reigns’
collection of LGBT historical markers, tombstones and monuments entitled The
Gay Rub: A Documentary, which still plays in film festivals world-wide.

Michael currently works in Los Angeles as an animator and director.
