After walking into the sea in a men’s suit, Jane washes ashore the River Styx. To pay the fare, she must sing in the mute Ferryman’s phantasmagoria show. The more she performs, the more she must confront the womanhood that she tried to leave behind.

Director/Composer

Zolomon Zelko

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Incompetent violinists can make decent fiddlers, but Zolomon prefers the banjo. His music, films, and self are present-day ghosts, ancient songs with recent childhoods. His heart is in Tallahassee and his body is usually in Brooklyn. Zolomon can be found confabulating with local bands, puppetry collectives, art departments, and theatre makers. He’s never too far from the sea.
